Originally constructed in 1938 for Hastings Deering Pty Ltd, The Riley Apartments belonged to the sole metropolitan distributor for the Ford Motor Company. Known until recently as the City Ford site, this boutique collection of 22 bespoke apartments embodies timeless city living.

Today, you’ll find a seven-storey art deco building fronting two of Sydney’s most desirable streets. It’s here where you’ll truly witness the beauty of a well-documented and well-kept example of interwar, functionalist style.

Between 1938 and 2012, this art deco-style building — with its heritage-listed facade and exclusive locale — acted as a multi-storey showroom for Ford’s motor vehicles. Not long after this, Corim East redeveloped the 9254sqm property into a combined commercial and residential building.
